Trust the below information will enable you to process your claim from the Insurance Company.
As per our records, you had flown on QR020/10Jul/QR232/11Jul (CDG/DOH/DEL) and you have total of one piece Checked-in-baggage
Under Tag No: QR496419.
On arrival at Delhi you have received 01 pieces of checked-in-baggage and you did not receive the Gate Bag which was taken from you
at the time of boarding at DOHA & you were unable to produces the claim tag for the lost baggage at the time of arrival at Delhi.
We have already sent the PPQ Form along with your passport to Claim Department in Doha. We are yet to receive the Full & Final settlement
from are Claim Department regarding you case. We will inform the same after it is approved.
