For all the passengers of Qatar Air who have had their bag lost, stolen, or missing for a period of time, their departure missed, or have been mishandled by staff, ignored when they were seeking assistance to recover their belongings, or if they have been abused by Qatar Air staff.
I Khursheed Peer am representing all the passengers of Qatar Air in a Public Interest Litigation.
The purpose of this litigation is to stop Qatar Air as well as to deter the other major airlines from behaving carelessly with their clients belongings, ignoring & abusing passengers who are seeking compensation for their injuries. As well as stopping the airlines from treating passengers disrespectfully i.e.(not answering or returning phone calls, keeping the passenger holding on the phone for long periods & taking their time to process the case & compensate the passenger) & or ignoring the passenger who seeks to claim his/her legal rights. .
